Job Title: Showroom Manager – Residential Kitchens

Overview:

Responsible for managing the showroom, driving sales, and delivering high-quality kitchen design solutions from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, understand needs, and create tailored kitchen designs
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and material selections
• Drive sales from initial inquiry to closing deals
• Advise clients on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and sub-distributors for sourcing
• Oversee order processing, production timelines, and factory quality control
• Ensure smooth project execution, including delivery and installation follow-up
• Maintain showroom standards, displays, and product updates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Experience in kitchen design, interiors, or showroom sales
• Strong design sense with knowledge of materials and finishes
• Commercial mindset with proven sales ability
• Good understanding of supply chain and project coordination
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
