About the Role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle while actively developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-quality talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure signed recruitment agreements.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for client vacancies.
  • Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer management and negotiations.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
